Homewings were appointed to redesign a national corporate serviced apartment portfolio, which included 63 keys in Manchester Piccadilly.
From design to delivery, our project team created and fulfilled three distinct design narratives inclusive of accouterments, to achieve a localised guest-ready offering at 8 sites.
Homewings operations team successfully redistributed 1,200 pieces of existing FF&E to worthwhile causes in the locality, in turn diverting 30,000kg from landfill.
