Homewings designed and delivered 113 build-to-rent apartments in Warsaw, ranging from studio to three bedrooms.
Aimed at young professionals, our client wanted to create an aspirational and luxurious look and feel. Homewings achieved this through the use of bold colours and sumptuous textiles to make for an enviable home.
Our project fulfilment team executed a strategy to handover and mobilise the building on a floor by floor basis, thus supporting our global operator client to achieve occupancy at the earliest opportunity.
