Update with regards to operations during COVID 19 crisis

As an online business we’re fortunate that we’ve been able to operate far and wide, making beautiful living easy. While these times make it clear that the only thing that ultimately matters is keeping loved ones close and safe, we are as motivated as ever to continue to deliver on our Homewings promise; continuing to help all our clients create beautiful, warm homes in which to do so.

However, with deep consideration of recent government policies in the UK and our other EU markets, effectively urging all to avoid any non-essential travel and contact, we will unfortunately not be able to offer any delivery or installation services, until governments advise otherwise. Any clients that were expecting deliveries have been contacted by us personally to agree an appropriate plan of action.

Simultaneously, as European and global furniture supply chains are disrupted by these essential measures to curb the corona pandemic, we hope you understand that furniture lead times and availability are unpredictable for the moment. Our procurement team is in close contact with all our vendors and manufacturers in order to ensure that as soon as current restrictions are lifted, we can run a tight ship again, sourcing the best furniture for you, at the right lead time and price, and of course when this happens we will be in touch immediately.

In the meantime, if we can help you with any online design advice, even if it’s merely on how to make the best of what you have at the moment, do not hesitate to reach out.
